Any issues with the videos in the courses not playing correctly usually have to do with network/internet speed. The courses are designed to play with a bandwidth as small as 256KB.
There are various web sites to test your bandwidth, here is one for example: www.speakeasy.net/speedtest
After the site loads, click on a server which is closest to you.
If after the test runs and your download speed is less than 256KB, your Flash videos may need to be compressed to accommodate a lower bandwidth.
